Proposal Requirements

What makes a valid proposal?

All proposals should be submitted between 0000-2359 EST on a Friday, and the voting period should end at 2359 EST on the following Tuesday.

Proposals should be well-defined and have clear outcomes.

A proposal that does not receive support in the form of at least 50% of the available voting power may be vetoed by the signers on the Multi-Sig.

PROPOSALS NOT MEETING THESE REQUIREMENTS MAY NOT BE IMPLEMENTED REGARDLESS OF VOTING RESULTS.
